Registration/Submission

Every participant is invited to submit a talk. The duration of talks is expected to be about 25 minutes (plus 5 minutes discussion) but depending upon the number of submissions this may slightly be adjusted (+/- 5 minutes).

Submission is possible until August 20th, 2018 (deadline extended), nevertheless we ask to send submissions earlier if possible. Please use the form for your submission.

Registration is possible until August 25th, 2018 or when the maximum of 60 participants is reached.

There is no registration fee and every participant is expected to cover and organize his/her own journey and accommodation. We will suggest a hotel in the accommodation menu, which offers a special rate to participants of this conference.

Participants will have to pay for themselves at the conference dinner.
